Group Bookings
We welcome enquiries from organisations to enjoy a great day of golf and social activity at the Pakuranga Country Club.

The total number of participants will be agreed to when the booking is made with P.C.C. Confirmation of the number of players is required 14 days before the event. The club will charge green fees for the final number who play golf on the day - the minimum charge being the number confirmed 14 days prior.

Final numbers catered and charged for will be the final number confirmed 7 Days in advance of the event.
Promotional Signage

We have predetermined placement positions for signs and displays on each hole and positions around the clubhouse for best display and safety reasons. All signage and display material should be delivered to the Club at least one day before the event and all signs are to be removed on the same day. The Course Marshal assists with the return of signage to the clubhouse area for removal.

- Etiquette:
Please show consideration for others. Replace divots with sand by carrying sand buckets provided, repair pitch marks, rake and return rakes to bunkers and mark score cards when away from the green. There should be no trundlers or golf bags left on the greens. The Greenkeeping Staff have right of way at all times and all other etiquette rules as they apply in golf should be observed.
- Other:
Please maintain a reasonable pace of play and keep up with the four ahead of you. As a guideline 9 holes should take no longer than 1 hr 55 min, with 4 hrs 05 min for a full round. It is the responsibility of the lowest handicap player in each group to ensure that players keep up with the field. Non golfers should be spread through the field. There should be no sharing of golf clubs - each player must have their own set of clubs.
Our Pro Shop has a limited number of golf clubs, trundlers and golf carts available for hire. Reservations for equipment hire should be organised in advance of the event day. From the 1st of June to the 15th of October each year, if trundlers are used, they must have wide wheels. Use of private motorised transport on the course is by Club approval only.
A respectable standard of behaviour is required at all times and the club asks that the organisers of the event accept responsibility for the group’s behaviour and standards of dress.
While visiting as our guests, our facilities are available for your enjoyment.
Towels for the showers are not supplied.
