Corporate Golf

We welcome enquiries from organisations to enjoy a great day of golf and social activity at the Pakuranga Golf Club.

Event Bookings

Bookings for events are to be confirmed by way of a formal contract signed by both parties and a non refundable deposit received by the Club. The total number of participants will be agreed to when the booking is made with PGC. Confirmation of the number of players is required 14 days before the event. The club will charge green fees for the final number who play golf on the day – the minimum charge being the number confirmed 14 days prior.
Green Fees

We negotiate green fees once we understand each Corporate requirement.

The Pakuranga Golf Club Caterers are happy to discuss individual requirements. The supply of all food and beverage items is provided by the club. Sponsored beverages are permitted by arrangement with the General Manager. Final numbers catered and charged for will be the final number confirmed 7 Days in advance of the event.

Promotional Signage

Sponsor’s signage, display stands and stalls, including show vehicles, can be placed around the Golf Course . We have predetermined placement positions for signs and displays on each hole and positions around the clubhouse for best display and safety reasons. All signage and display material should be delivered to the Club at least one day before the event and all signs are to be removed on the same day. The Course Marshal assists with the return of signage to the clubhouse area for removal.

There should be no sharing of golf clubs – each player must have their own set of clubs.

Our Pro Shop has a limited number of golf clubs, trundlers and golf carts available for hire. Reservations for equipment hire should be organised in advance of the event day. From the 1st of June to the 15th of October each year, if trundlers are used, they must have wide wheels. Use of private motorised transport on the course is by Club approval only.

A respectable standard of behaviour is required at all times and the club asks that the organisers of the event accept responsibility for the group’s behaviour and standards of dress.

My sincere thanks for a superb job you all did in making our corporate golf day on Monday, such a success. I know some of our requests presented a challenge to you and Helen but you really came through on the day. Everyone had a wonderful day – you were all fantastic. Helen, the food was superb and everyone raved about the BBQ in the morning and the evening dinner. I’ve also received numerous emails since from our sponsors, congratulating us on the day.
